I began my career in 1989 working for a real estate appraisal group, North Georgia Appraisals. In 1993, I left the industry, where I was at the time a Certified Residential Appraiser, feeling my personality to be better suited for real estate sales.
In 1993, I joined Northside Realty and after selling 36 homes in my first 10 months, I was nominated “Rookie of the Year”. That year, I also made the important decision to leave Northside to join RE/MAX. This decision was an easy one as it offered me the opportunity to associate with a world-renowned company and further enabled me to provide my clients with the best service possible.
As an agent, I find it a true pleasure to come together at the closing table with a buyer and seller who both feel the experience has been a positive and professional one. I enjoy the challenges of finding a buyer that one property that ticks all the boxes on their wish list – price, location, suitability and most of all, one that is a sound real estate investment. I also enjoy helping sellers get their homes ready to sell, strategically pricing their property to get the highest dollar in today’s market, and working to negotiate terms that are in my clients’ best interests.
My goal as an agent has always been to offer superior service back by expert advice. And with over 23 years in the real estate industry and 4 in real estate appraising, I feel I am uniquely positioned to do just that. The facts speak for themselves: Since 2000, on average, I have SOLD a home every 6 days. Almost all of my business is from client referrals from friends and family. And a fact that is perhaps the most poignant and personally rewarding – I am happy to call many of my past clients’ friends. I contribute my success to not being tied to outcomes, but always staying focused on serving my client to the best of my ability – with honesty and integrity.
